Michael Sieber: All human behavior has purpose, and a therapist's job is to help clients discover the purpose of their behaviors. Acting as a guide, Mike's practice seeks to help people uncover their own answers to their life issues. By removing their blocks to knowing themselves, clients discover that they already have the answers to manage their life choices, relationships, and challenges. This process uses cognitive behavioral and Gestalt techniques in a safe environment to build new awareness and more confidence in choosing what is right for each person. Mike works with adults with a wide variety of concerns, has been working in the field for over 30 years, and has experience with depression, trauma, anxiety, and other affective disorders. (MSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, Emeritus, Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor.)
